Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment and are typically shipped out within 2 business days of payment, except in situations where an order requires special attention. A typical order is received by the purchaser within 4-10 business days after payment.
To qualify for free shipping, an order must meet or exceed the specified minimum retail sales value. ($100+) When an order meets the qualifications to receive free shipping, the option will automatically appear for you to select during checkout.

SHIPPING IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Packages are shipped and include tracking numbers which will be emailed to you after shipping. Please make sure to include a complete shipping address to avoid delays. If we are unable to contact you regarding missing or incomplete information regarding your shipping address, we may cancel your order and refund the monies paid. We are not liable for an order being shipped to an incorrect address that was provided to us by the purchaser. If a package is sent back to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, we will require all shipping costs to be paid for by the purchaser, to re-send the item. Once we have shipped your order to you, we cannot cancel it, please make sure to contact us right away should you need to cancel an order.
Your order will be processed as quickly a possible, usually within 12 - 48 hours, shipping to follow soon after and headed straight to your shipping address, providing we have all of the correct shipping information. Please note that if we do have any issues with the shipping information you have provided, there could be a delay in shipping your order out to you. You can expect most orders to arrive at your door within 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped, but this will depend on the destination/weather/postal strikes, etc. All online orders that are not paid for at the time of purchase will be cancelled.
We ship by Canada Post only and REQUIRE an adult signature (19+) at the time of delivery due to our products and store being 19+. If you are under the age of 19 and attempt to order any products from the site and fail to produce Valid ID for the order, it will be returned to us by Canada Post and we will NOT refund the monies paid for the purchase. Please do not try and order items from our site if you not 19 years of age or older.
Please understand that after your package has been dropped off at the post office, we have no control over it, it is in Canada Post’s hands and all of the questions regarding your package should be directed to Canada Post at that point. We will gladly assist you in any dealings with Canada Post, such as making a claim or creating a service ticket. Please call or email us if you need our help.
